Qemp’s Money-Back Guarantee
Qemp product quality is guaranteed. If, after purchasing a qemp product from an authorized seller, a customer determines it to be unsatisfactory, the customer should return it to his/her authorized seller for replacement, credit or a full refund. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, or discontinued, are outdated, or have not been purchased from an unauthorized seller, who are not subject to qemp’s quality control standards.
Customer satisfaction is qemp’s goal. If, for any reason, a customer is not 100% satisfied with a qemp product, the authorized seller should politely accept any unused portion of the product and then return it to qemp within 90 days of the date of purchase from qemp for a refund/replacement, as per qemp’s Product Return Procedures below. The authorized seller should promptly and professionally give the customer a full refund or replacement product. Subject to the Product Return Procedures below, credit from qemp will be calculated at 100% of the price paid at purchase minus any rebates or commissions paid on the product.
Qemp’s Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. To return such or any damaged products, please call Customer Service 1 (888) 970-1075 to set up your return shipment. All order numbers should be marked clearly on the outside of the package. Boxes returned to qemp without a visible order number will not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned to the sender.
